So, what is perziken?
Perziken, also known as peaches, are a sweet and juicy fruit with a fuzzy skin that ranges in color from yellow to orange-red. They are native to China, but are now widely cultivated in many countries around the world. In addition to being delicious on their own, perziken are often used in baking, cooking, and canning. They are a good source of vitamins A and C, as well as potassium, which helps maintain healthy blood pressure. With their delicate flavor and soft texture, perziken are a beloved ingredient in many recipes and a staple of summertime fruit salads.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
