So, what is phosphorsäure?
Phosphorsäure, also known as phosphoric acid, is a clear, colorless, and odorless liquid that is widely used as a food additive. It has a tart and tangy taste, making it a popular ingredient in soft drinks, particularly cola. Phosphorsäure is also used as a flavoring agent in various food products, such as jams, jellies, and preserves. In addition, it serves as a pH regulator, helping to adjust the acidity of foods and prevent spoilage. Although it is considered safe for consumption in small amounts, excessive intake of phosphorsäure can have harmful effects on health, including tooth decay and bone loss.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
