So, what is pszenica?
Pszenica is a Polish term for wheat, one of the most widely cultivated and consumed grains globally. This highly nutritious cereal grain is a rich source of carbohydrates, dietary fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Wheat is used to make various food products, including bread, pasta, breakfast cereals, cakes, and cookies. It is also used in brewing and distilling industries to produce beer and whiskey. With its versatile nature and numerous health benefits, pszenica is an essential ingredient in many cuisines worldwide, from traditional Polish pierogi to Italian pizza and Chinese noodles.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
