So, what is puderzucker?
Puderzucker, also known as powdered sugar, is a finely ground sugar that is used to add sweetness and a delicate texture to a variety of dishes. This sugar is made by grinding granulated sugar into a fine powder and is commonly used in baked goods, frostings, and confections. Puderzucker is often used as a decorative topping for pastries and desserts, as its light and fluffy texture creates a beautiful, snow-like effect. It can also be used as a thickening agent in sauces and gravies, and is a key ingredient in traditional German holiday treats like Lebkuchen and Stollen.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
