So, what is rosépeppar?
Rosépeppar, also known as pink peppercorn, is a versatile and visually striking spice that adds a mild, fruity flavor to dishes. These tiny berries are not actually true peppercorns, but rather dried fruit from the Schinus molle tree. With its delicate sweetness and subtle spiciness, rosépeppar pairs well with seafood, poultry, and vegetable dishes. It also makes a flavorful addition to marinades, dressings, and seasoning blends. In addition to its culinary uses, rosépeppar has traditionally been used in herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
