So, what is rzepak?
Rzepak, also known as rapeseed, is a versatile and nutritious food ingredient that is widely used in the culinary world. It is a member of the Brassicaceae family and is closely related to other vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and mustard greens. Rzepak is an excellent source of healthy fats, protein, and dietary fiber. It is also rich in antioxidants and vitamins, including vitamin E and vitamin K. Due to its mild and neutral taste, rzepak is often used as a cooking oil, salad dressing, or in baked goods. It is also commonly used to make biodiesel, which makes it a sustainable and eco-friendly ingredient.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
