So, what is shrimp?
Shrimp are small, decapod crustaceans with a delicate and slightly sweet flavor. They are commonly found in both saltwater and freshwater environments and are a popular ingredient in many cuisines around the world. Shrimp can be cooked in a variety of ways, such as boiled, fried, grilled, or baked, and they make an excellent addition to salads, soups, stews, and pasta dishes. They are also a good source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and various vitamins and minerals, making them a nutritious and tasty option for any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
