So, what is snake?
Snake is a unique and exotic ingredient that has been consumed for centuries in various cultures around the world. The meat of the snake is low in fat and high in protein, making it a healthy alternative to other meats. With a texture similar to fish and a mild, slightly sweet flavor, snake meat can be prepared in a variety of ways, including stir-frying, grilling, and boiling. Some species of snake, such as python and cobra, are believed to have medicinal properties and are used in traditional Chinese medicine. Although not commonly found in Western cuisine, snake meat offers a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for adventurous eat.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
