So, what is spinat?
Spinat, also known as spinach, is a leafy green vegetable that is both delicious and nutritious. It is a member of the Amaranthaceae family and is native to central and southwestern Asia. Spinat has a tender and succulent texture with a mild and slightly sweet flavor that makes it a versatile ingredient in many dishes. It is a rich source of vitamins A, C, K, and minerals such as iron, calcium, and magnesium. Spinat can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in a variety of ways, including sautéed, steamed, or blended into soups and smoothies. Its vibrant green color adds a pop of color and healthful benefits to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
