So, what is vehnä?
Vehnä is a Finnish word for wheat, a highly versatile and nutritious cereal grain that has been cultivated for thousands of years. It is a staple food in many parts of the world, used to make bread, pasta, and other baked goods. Vehnä is rich in complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals, making it an important source of nutrition for many people. Its gluten content also makes it a common ingredient in a variety of processed foods, although some individuals with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease may need to avoid it.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
