So, what is vitamine e?
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble nutrient that acts as an antioxidant to protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals. It plays a critical role in maintaining healthy skin and eyes, boosting immunity, and preventing blood clots. Foods such as nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, and leafy greens are excellent sources of vitamin E. Supplementing with vitamin E may also provide various health benefits, but it's important to talk to your healthcare provider before taking any supplements as excessive intake can lead to negative effects.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
