So, what is wagyu beef?

Wagyu beef is a premium Japanese beef that is renowned for its exceptional marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The term "wagyu" literally means "Japanese cow", and refers to four specific breeds of cattle that are raised in Japan's Kobe, Matsusaka, and other regions. These cattle are carefully bred and fed a special diet, which includes beer and massages, to produce meat that is incredibly tender and flavorful. Due to its high fat content, wagyu beef has a rich buttery flavor that is unlike any other type of beef. It is often served as a delicacy in high-end restaurants around the world.
