So, what is wirsingkohl?
Wirsingkohl, also known as savoy cabbage, is a leafy green vegetable that belongs to the Brassica family. It has a dense, crunchy texture and a slightly bitter, earthy flavor that pairs well with savory dishes. This vegetable is highly nutritious, packed with fiber, vitamins C and K, as well as antioxidants. Wirsingkohl can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in a variety of ways, such as steamed, boiled, or stir-fried. Its unique texture and taste make it a versatile ingredient that can be used in soups, stews, and even as a wrapping for meat or vegetarian dishes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
