So, what is witamina d?
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. It is produced in the skin when exposed to sunlight and can also be obtained through dietary sources such as fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified foods. Vitamin D plays a critical role in the absorption and regulation of calcium and phosphorus, which are important minerals for bone health. It also supports the immune system and may have a role in reducing the risk of certain diseases such as multiple sclerosis and some types of cancer.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
