So, what is aromas artificiales?
"Aromas artificiales" is a term used to describe artificial flavors or fragrances. These are lab-created compounds that mimic the taste or smell of natural ingredients, such as fruits, herbs, or spices. They are often used in the food industry to enhance the flavor of processed foods or to create a consistent taste across different batches of products. While artificial flavors may provide a more intense or consistent flavor profile, they may also lack the complexity and nuance of natural flavors. As a result, some consumers may prefer to avoid products containing artificial flavors in favor of those made with natural ingredients.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
