So, what is asiago cheeses?
Asiago cheese is a semi-hard Italian cheese made from cow's milk that has a nutty and slightly sharp flavor. It is traditionally produced in the Asiago plateau region of Italy, where it has been made for over 1000 years. Asiago cheese comes in two varieties: fresh asiago and aged asiago. Fresh asiago is soft and creamy with a mild flavor, while aged asiago is harder and more pungent. This versatile cheese can be used in a variety of dishes, such as pasta, sandwiches, and salads, or simply eaten on its own with crackers or bread.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
