So, what is baby carrots?
Baby carrots are a type of carrot that have been specially bred to be smaller in size and more uniform in shape. They are a popular snack food and ingredient in many dishes due to their sweet, mild flavor and crisp texture. Despite their name, baby carrots are not actually immature carrots, but rather full-grown carrots that have been trimmed and peeled to create a smaller, more convenient shape. They are a good source of vitamin A and fiber, and can be eaten raw or cooked in a variety of dishes, from salads to soups to stir-fries.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
