So, what is flavórings?
Flavorings are ingredients added to food to enhance or modify its taste, aroma, or appearance. They can be derived from natural sources like fruits, herbs, and spices, or made synthetically to mimic specific flavors. Commonly used flavorings include vanilla, cinnamon, and citrus extracts, as well as artificial flavors like strawberry and chocolate. Flavorings can be added to a wide range of food products, including beverages, baked goods, snacks, and processed foods. They are often used in small amounts to impart a distinct and enjoyable taste that complements the overall sensory experience of the food.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
