So, what is lauriers?
Lauriers, also known as bay leaves, are a fragrant herb commonly used in cooking. These leaves are harvested from the bay laurel tree and have a distinctive flavor that adds depth to a wide range of dishes. Lauriers are typically used in soups, stews, and sauces, as well as in marinades and rubs for meat. When cooked, the leaves release a subtle aroma that infuses the dish with a savory and slightly bitter taste. Lauriers are also believed to have medicinal properties and have been used for centuries to treat ailments such as digestive issues and respiratory problems.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
