So, what is oat fibers?
Oat fibers are a natural and nutritious ingredient derived from oats, a type of cereal grain. They are made by processing the outermost layer of the oat kernel, which is rich in soluble and insoluble fibers. Oat fibers have a neutral flavor and can be easily incorporated into a variety of food products, including baked goods, cereals, and snacks. They are an excellent source of dietary fiber, which can help promote digestive health and reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases. Oat fibers also have the added benefit of providing a sense of satiety, making them a great ingredient for weight management.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
