So, what is plante aromatiques?
Plante aromatiques is the French term for "aromatic plants," a group of herbs that add flavor and fragrance to various dishes. These plants are cultivated for their aromatic oils and include popular culinary herbs like basil, thyme, and rosemary, as well as less common varieties like tarragon, sage, and marjoram. Aromatic plants are typically used fresh or dried in cooking, baking, and mixology, and their fragrant oils are often extracted for use in perfumes, soaps, and other products. With their intense flavors and delightful aromas, plante aromatiques are an essential ingredient in many cuisines around the world.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
