So, what is rozīnes?
Rozīnes, also known as raisins, are dried grapes that have a sweet and slightly tangy flavor. These small, chewy treats are commonly used in baking, cooking, and as a snack on their own. Rozīnes are packed with nutrients including fiber, potassium, iron, and antioxidants. They can be found in a variety of colors ranging from golden yellow to deep purple, and are often used in traditional dishes such as pilaf or added to salads for a burst of sweetness. Whether enjoyed on their own or as an ingredient in your favorite recipes, rozīnes are a versatile and delicious addition to any pantry.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
