So, what is soja français?
Soja français, also known as French soy, is a type of soybean cultivated in France. These soybeans are grown using traditional methods and are free from genetic modification. French soy has a distinct nutty and creamy flavor with a subtle sweetness that makes it an excellent ingredient for a variety of dishes. It is a good source of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making it a popular ingredient in vegetarian and vegan diets. Soja français can be used in soups, stews, salads, and many other dishes, adding a unique French twist to your meals.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
