So, what is !gluten?

!Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. It provides elasticity and structure to dough, making it a popular ingredient in baked goods such as bread, cakes, and pastries. However, for people with celiac disease, consuming gluten can trigger an autoimmune reaction that damages the small intestine. For this reason, a gluten-free diet is essential for those with celiac disease. Additionally, some people without celiac disease may choose to avoid gluten for personal health reasons. Fortunately, there are now many delicious gluten-free alternatives available, so everyone can enjoy their favorite foods without worry.
