So, what is baby bella?
Baby Bella mushrooms are a versatile ingredient that can add depth and flavor to any dish. Also known as cremini mushrooms, these small, brown-hued fungi are a young version of their more mature counterpart, the Portobello mushroom. Baby Bellas have a firm texture and a mildly earthy taste which makes them perfect for adding to soups, stews, omelets, and stir-fries. They are also great when roasted, grilled, or sautéed with garlic and butter. As a bonus, Baby Bellas are an excellent source of protein, fiber, and antioxidants, making them a nutritious addition to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
