So, what is bakkersgist?
Bakkersgist, also known as baker's yeast, is a type of fungus that is commonly used as a leavening agent in baking. It is a single-celled organism that consumes sugar and produces carbon dioxide, which causes bread dough to rise. Bakkersgist is available in two forms: fresh and dry. Fresh bakkersgist is highly perishable and must be used soon after purchase, while dry bakkersgist has a longer shelf life and can be stored in the refrigerator for several months. In addition to bread, bakkersgist can also be used to make pizza dough, sweet rolls, and other baked goods.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
