So, what is broccolini?
Broccolini, also known as baby broccoli, is a green vegetable that looks like a cross between broccoli and Chinese kale. It has long, thin stalks with small florets on top and tender leaves. Broccolini is packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making it an excellent addition to any healthy diet. Its mild, sweet flavor and tender texture make it a versatile ingredient for many dishes, from stir-fries and salads to roasted veggies and pasta dishes. Try broccolini steamed, sautéed, grilled, or roasted to bring out its natural sweetness and nutty flavor.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
