So, what is brombeeren'?
Brombeeren, also known as blackberries, are a nutrient-rich fruit that grow on thorny shrubs. The berries are small and round with a deep purple-black color when ripe. They have a sweet-tart flavor and are often used in desserts, jams, and syrups. Brombeeren are high in antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K. They are also low in calories and carbohydrates, making them a great addition to any diet. Whether eaten fresh or cooked, brombeeren add a burst of bright, fruity flavor to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
