So, what is châ?
Châ is a leafy green vegetable that is commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine, particularly in Vietnamese and Thai dishes. It is also known as water spinach or morning glory, and has a unique flavor that is slightly sweet and mildly bitter. Châ has long, hollow stems with dark green leaves that are tender and crisp. It is a versatile ingredient that can be stir-fried, steamed, boiled, or used in salads. Châ is a good source of vitamins A, C, and iron, and is low in calories. It is a popular ingredient in many healthy dishes, and adds a fresh, crunchy texture to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
