So, what is citronsyra e330?
Citric acid (citronsyra E330) is a naturally occurring organic acid found in citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, and oranges. It is a colorless, crystalline powder that is highly soluble in water, making it a popular food ingredient. Citric acid has a sour taste and is often used to add tartness to foods and beverages. It is also used as a preservative, an emulsifier, and a pH adjuster in many processed foods. Because of its versatility, citric acid is commonly found in soft drinks, candies, jams, and jellies, among other food products.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
