So, what is crowberry?
Crowberries are small, dark purple berries that grow in cold, arctic regions, such as Northern Europe and North America. They are low-growing plants with leathery leaves and small, bell-shaped flowers. Crowberries have a tart, slightly bitter flavor with a hint of sweetness, and are commonly used in jams, syrups, and other culinary preparations. They are also rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and flavonoids, which make them a nutritious addition to any diet. Due to their unique taste and health benefits, crowberries are becoming increasingly popular as a superfood and a unique ingredient in gourmet cooking.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
