So, what is cusk?
Cusk, also known as tusk, is a deep-sea fish found in the cold waters of the North Atlantic. With a long, slender body and a large head, this white-fleshed fish has a mild flavor and a firm, flaky texture that is ideal for a variety of dishes. Cusk is a versatile ingredient that can be baked, broiled, fried, or poached, and is often used in soups, stews, and chowders. It is also an excellent source of lean protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and essential vitamins and minerals, making it a healthy and nutritious addition to any diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
