So, what is de moût?
De moût is a French term that refers to unfermented grape juice that is typically used in winemaking. It is extracted from crushed grapes and contains all of the natural sugars, acids, and flavors present in the fruit before fermentation occurs. De moût is highly prized for its ability to impart complexity, body, and sweetness to wines, as well as for its potential to enhance their color and aroma. In addition to being used in winemaking, de moût can also be consumed on its own as a refreshing and nutritious beverage.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
