So, what is dextroza?
Dextroza, also known as dextrose monohydrate, is a simple sugar that is derived from corn starch. It is a white, odorless, crystalline powder that is commonly used as a sweetener in a variety of food products. Dextroza has a similar sweetness level to table sugar but is metabolized more quickly by the body due to its simple chemical structure. This makes it a popular ingredient in sports drinks and other energy-boosting products. Additionally, dextroza is often used as a bulking agent in food products such as baked goods, dairy products, and confectionery items.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
