So, what is épices%?
"Épices" is a French word that translates to "spices" in English. It refers to a variety of ground or whole dried herbs and spices that are commonly used in cooking to add flavor, aroma, and color to dishes. Épices can include popular ingredients like black pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and turmeric, as well as regional specialties like ras el hanout or za'atar. Épices can be used to season meats, vegetables, soups, stews, and sauces, and can vary in intensity from mild to spicy. Adding a pinch of épices can elevate a dish to new heights of flavor complexity and depth.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
