So, what is épinard branche?
Épinard branche, also known as branch spinach, is a leafy green vegetable that is native to central and southwestern Asia. Unlike regular spinach, which has smaller leaves, épinard branche has long, slender, and branching leaves that resemble tree branches. This unique feature makes it a beautiful and visually appealing ingredient to add to salads, stir-fries, and soups. It is rich in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron, calcium, and antioxidants. Its slightly sweet and earthy flavor profile makes it a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
