So, what is farine de blécomplet?
Farine de blé complet, also known as whole wheat flour, is a nutritious ingredient made from milling the entire wheat kernel. Unlike refined flour, which only uses the endosperm of the wheat grain, whole wheat flour contains all three parts of the grain: the bran, germ, and endosperm. This makes it a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Farine de blé complet has a slightly nutty flavor and is often used in baking bread, muffins, and other baked goods. It can also be used as a thickener for soups and sauces.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
