So, what is féve de soja?
Féve de soja, or soybean, is a versatile and nutritious ingredient that is commonly used in many cuisines around the world. These small, oval-shaped beans are a rich source of protein, fiber, and essential amino acids. They have a nutty, slightly sweet flavor that can be incorporated into a wide range of dishes, from soups and stews to salads and stir-fries. Soybeans are also the primary ingredient used in the production of soy milk, tofu, and other plant-based products. They are a popular ingredient among vegetarians and vegans, as well as those looking to add more plant-based protein to their diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
