So, what is glüten de trigo?
Gluten de trigo is the Spanish term for wheat gluten, which is a protein found in wheat that provides elasticity and structure to baked goods. It is commonly used as a binding agent and can be found in a variety of processed foods, such as bread, pasta, and cereal. While some people may have a sensitivity or intolerance to gluten, it is an important ingredient in traditional baking and cooking. Gluten de trigo can also be found in specialty flour blends for gluten-free baking, providing structure and texture to gluten-free baked goods.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
