Is gousse de vanille épuisée et broyée vegan?

"Gousse de vanille épuisée et broyée" is a French term that translates to "exhausted and ground vanilla pod." This ingredient is created by taking a vanilla bean that has been used to infuse flavor into a dish, and grinding it into a fine powder. Despite being depleted of its flavor, the vanilla pod still possesses a rich aroma that can enhance the overall fragrance of a dish. The resulting powder is commonly used in baking and dessert recipes to add a subtle hint of vanilla and to reduce waste by utilizing every part of the precious vanilla bean.
