So, what is havarti cheese?
Havarti cheese is a creamy and semi-soft Danish cheese that originated in the 19th century. It is made from cow's milk and has a mild and buttery flavor that pairs well with many foods. Havarti cheese is often used in sandwiches, melted on burgers or in quesadillas, or sliced and served on a cheese board. It has a pale yellow color with small irregular holes and a smooth texture. Havarti cheese can also come in different flavors such as dill, jalapeno, or garlic and herb.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
