So, what is himalayasalz?
Himalayasalz, also known as Himalayan pink salt, is a natural and unrefined salt harvested from ancient salt mines in the Himalayan Mountains. The salt gets its distinctive pink hue from the high mineral content, including iron, potassium, and calcium. It is a healthier alternative to regular table salt, as it contains fewer additives and has been shown to aid in digestion and improve respiratory function. Himalayasalz can be used in a variety of dishes, from savory to sweet, and adds a subtle flavor that enhances the overall taste.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
