So, what is huile coton?
Huile coton, also known as cottonseed oil, is a versatile and widely used vegetable oil derived from the seeds of the cotton plant. With its mild flavor and high smoke point, huile coton is an ideal cooking oil for a variety of culinary applications, including frying, baking, and sautéing. Its light, neutral taste also makes it a popular ingredient in salad dressings, sauces, and marinades. Rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, huile coton is also a healthier alternative to other cooking oils, as it contains lower levels of saturated and trans fats.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
