So, what is koffiebonen?
Koffiebonen, also known as coffee beans, are the small, dark-colored seeds found inside the fruit of the Coffea plant. These beans are widely used for their rich aroma and flavor in the production of one of the world's most popular beverages, coffee. Koffiebonen are typically roasted to varying degrees, from light to dark, to bring out different flavor profiles. They can be ground and brewed in a variety of ways, such as drip, French press, or espresso. Koffiebonen are also used to make other products, like coffee liqueurs and chocolates.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
