So, what is koldioxid?
Koldioxid, also known as carbon dioxide, is a colorless, odorless gas that is an essential ingredient in many food and beverage products. It is naturally present in the air we breathe and is also produced by the fermentation process used to make beer, wine, and bread. Carbon dioxide is commonly used in the food industry as a refrigerant and as a preservative to help prevent spoilage. It is also used to create the carbonation in soft drinks and sparkling wines. While carbon dioxide is generally safe for consumption in small quantities, excessive consumption can cause discomfort and even be harmful to health.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
