So, what is kookoslastu?

Kookoslastu is a Finnish term for "coconut flakes" that are widely used in various culinary applications. These thin and crispy flakes are made from the dehydrated flesh of mature coconuts and have a slightly sweet and nutty flavor. Kookoslastu can be used as a garnish on top of desserts, added to granola and muesli for added texture and flavor, or even used as a coating for baked goods or fried foods. With its high fiber content and healthy fats, kookoslastu is a nutritious and delicious addition to any dish. Try sprinkling some on your morning yogurt or smoothie bowl for a tropical twist!.
