So, what is kultur?
Kultur, also known as cultured milk, is a type of fermented dairy product that has been popular in many cultures for centuries. It is made by adding live bacteria or cultures to milk, which convert lactose into lactic acid, giving it a tangy taste and thick, creamy texture. Kultur is rich in probiotics, which are beneficial for gut health and can aid in digestion. It is also a good source of calcium and protein. Kultur is commonly used in cooking and baking, as well as enjoyed on its own as a refreshing and healthy drink.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
