So, what is le d'oeuf?
Le d'oeuf is a French term that translates to "egg yolk" in English. It refers to the yellow, nutrient-rich center of an egg that contains most of the egg's fat and cholesterol. Le d'oeuf has a creamy texture and a rich, savory flavor that makes it a versatile ingredient in many culinary applications. It can be used to thicken sauces, emulsify dressings, or add richness to baked goods. Le d'oeuf is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, D, and E, as well as calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
