Mandler, also known as almonds, are a versatile and nutrient-dense food ingredient that adds flavor and texture to a variety of dishes. These small, oval-shaped nuts have a hard outer shell that encases a sweet, nutty flavor and crunchy texture. Almonds are an excellent source of protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamin E, and minerals such as magnesium and potassium.
