So, what is manioc et?
Manioc, also known as cassava, is a starchy root vegetable that is widely cultivated and consumed in many parts of the world. Manioc et, specifically, refers to the grated and dried form of the root, which is commonly used as a gluten-free flour substitute in cooking and baking. This ingredient is particularly popular in African and South American cuisine, where it is used to make a variety of traditional dishes, such as fufu, tapioca pudding, and casabe bread. Manioc et has a slightly sweet and nutty flavor, and is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
